EMT - Salem
Salem Volunteer Rescue Squad will be hosting an EMT Certification beginning March 17, 2015 and concluding August 27, 2015.  The class will meet Tuesday and Thursday nights from 6:00 pm until 10:00 pm at the Salem Volunteer Rescue Squad  201 S. 2015 Tidewater EMS Education Expo - Suffolk
The Tidewater EMS Council along with it's Platinum Partners Sentara, Medical Transport LLC and Bon Secours are holding their annual EMS/Nursing Education Expo March 19 - 22, 2015.  Four days of quality continuing education for all levels of EMS provider and nurses, including a CEN review course. Basic Disaster Life Support - Giles

The Near Southwest Preparedness Alliance (NSPA) is offering a Basic Disaster Life Support (BDLS) at Carilion Giles Community Hospital on Tuesday April 21, 2015, in the Cascades Room from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm

BDLS® is an awareness-level course targeted to multiple disciplines including: Emergency Medical Service (EMS) personnel, hazardous materials personnel, public health personnel, and health care providers. By teaching multiple disciplines simultaneously, a commonality of approach and language will develop, improving the care and coordination of response in WMD disaster and public health emergencies.

Trauma Symposium Montgomery County

ACLS Experienced Provider & Difficult Airway - Westmoreland County
Westmoreland County Emergency Services and The PreMed Training Group are offering an AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Experienced Provider course in conjunction with The PreMed Training Group's Difficult Airway course May 30 & 31, 2015 at Montross Volunteer Rescue Squad, in Montross, VA.
ACLS Experienced Provider course is designed for experienced clinicians with prior training in ACLS. This course focus is "the next step" in ACLS training. ACLS –EP provides a stimulus for expert clinicians and practitioners to identify areas in resuscitation that deal with special circumstances.
PreMed’s “Complex Airway” course is designed to help Paramedics be Pro-Active rather than re-active.
